Having to be in the Huntington Ashland area for the week and stopped by for dinner. The staff was wonderful as they let us move some chairs to the shade outside to eat because of having our dog with us. The food was really good.
They have forgotten parts of my order all 3 times I have ordered takeout here. The food is $40-50 for 2 kids and 2 adults. Yet they will forget things plus skimp out on you with tiny proportions - for kids meals even.
I stopped at this establishment to get three hamburgers and a chocolate milkshake with extra chocolate syrup. I was served the wrong food and was handed my chocolate milkshake with a cup of chocolate syrup on the side. When I then talk to manager Ken lacrosse I was not handled correctly I wasn't offered like anything for the fact that it was a to go order I had to come inside spend 30 minutes explaining what the heck was going on. And when I was like I don't want you to remake my food I'm just going to take my money and leave. This establishment had no problems with it didn't say I'm sorry for the mistake we'll make it right they could care less. And I would like to say there was two other customers that had problems with her take out orders while I was there.
